Costume and prop in line
What I set out to address
The line drawing establishes the long costume, staff, crown and celestial ornament. With colour absent, the contour and internal detailing carry the figure.

The design decision
The finished illustration uses a dark blue costume with gold detailing. The staff and repeated star-like motifs connect the accessories to the ornament across the clothing.

Strengthened character-building skills and the full digital illustration workflow from rough concept to final render. Improved costume design understanding, fantasy concept development, stylized anatomy, rendering, and detailing techniques.
